Why a sock and not another pen
Most branded merchandise has the same problem. It gets handed over, it gets thanked for, and it goes in a drawer. A sock is one of the few things in the category that a person puts on, and a thing somebody chooses to wear on a Tuesday morning is doing more for you than a mug at the back of a cupboard.

Crew is our most popular sock and it's what most companies order. It's the height somebody actually wears to work, under a suit trouser or with a trainer, rather than the height they wear once for the photograph. Your logo, and where it goes
A wordmark works best around the cuff or up the leg, a logo mark sits on the calf, and the sole is where a lot of companies put a line only the people inside the business will get.
A design can use six colours in total, and the base colour is one of the six. Two or three usually read better on a sock than six do. Send us your brand guidelines, or just a logo file and the hex codes, and we work from that with unlimited revisions. What survives the redraw onto a stitch grid is in how a crest goes on a sock, and the same applies to a logo.
The design is knitted into the fabric rather than printed on top of it, so there's nothing to crack, peel or come off in a wash. That matters more for a company than it does for most buyers, because a logo that's degraded after three washes is your logo, degraded, on somebody's foot.
How they arrive
Socks can be packed with your own swing tags, which is what most companies do when the pairs are being handed to somebody rather than issued as kit. It's the difference between a gift and a supply, and it costs you a tag design we can work from the same artwork.
Ordering again
Every run is one design in one size, and the minimum of 100 pairs applies per design. A sock for the sales team and a different sock for a client gift are two runs of 100, not one run of 200 split between them. Plenty of companies order two designs at once, so tell us what you need and we'll price both. A reorder for a new intake of staff is a fresh run of the same design.
Timing and cost
You sign off the design, we invoice you, and production starts once that invoice is paid. Count back 7 to 8 weeks from the date the socks have to be in hand, then add however long your own side takes to approve a design and get an invoice through. If the socks are for a specific date, a conference, a launch or the end of the year, that's the sum to do first.

No. We knit one adult size and it fits UK foot sizes 5 to 13, roughly 95% of adult feet in the UK. That is the main reason a sock works as a company gift when a shirt doesn't.
